Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or resell used products. All products found to be defective due to defective workmanship are under warranty. Lovesparklers products have a 30-day defective warranty.

If your item is defective within the first 30 days of ownership, please contact our customer service department at customerservices@sparklers.com

Please use extra care to make sure you order the correct size, color, and type of your items. We will replace any defective item with the same item. We may ask for a photo of the defective item. 

Many Items have extended factory warranties, we will be happy to assist with warranty information to the best of our abilities on factory warranties

Undeliverable Orders

Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued.

**How to Use a Promotional Code:**

After the discount is applied, continue with the payment process to complete your purchase.

**What If My Prepaid Goods Are Not Delivered?**
